If you're a Microsoft 365 subscriber, you can log in to your account and access your subscription benefits-including your installed Office apps, 1 TB of OneDrive storage, and more.
Go to office.com. Enter your Microsoft 365 email address and password, and then select Sign in.
Work or school account
If you're using a work or school account, you may be prompted to enter additional information, such as your domain or server name. For example, your email address might be [email protected], and your server name might be adatum.onmicrosoft.com. If you don't know this information, contact your work or school IT department.
If you're using a personal Microsoft account, you won't see a domain or server name prompt.
If you see a message that says "We couldn't find your account," it might mean that:
You typed the wrong email address. Check for typos and make sure that you're using the email address that you created your Microsoft 365 account with.
You might be trying to log in with a personal account to an app that's meant for work or school, like Outlook or OneDrive. To fix this, try going to the app's sign-in page directly. For example, go to sign in to Outlook.
If you see a message that says "We couldn't log you in," it might mean that your password is incorrect. If you're sure that your password is correct, try to sign in again. If you still can't sign in, you can reset your password.
